A ceramic factory in Portugal
For over 30 years, our factory in Barcelos, Portugal has worked with the same core skill: shaping, glazing and firing ceramics by hand. That experience carrying techniques refined over decades, not learned overnight.
Every product that leaves our kilns whether sold under the O CACTUU name or produced as a private label collection for another brand goes through the same hands, the same process and the same quality standards.

What is the minimum order for a private label collection?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, production method, and customization requirements. We also offer low MOQs for selected products. Contact us to discuss your project.
Can I use my own branding and packaging?
Yes. We can apply logo stamping, custom colours, glazes and packaging designed around your brand identity.
Do you ship to France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany?
Yes, we regularly ship across the EU. As an EU-based manufacturer, deliveries to Western Europe are faster and simpler than sourcing from outside the EU.
Can I request samples before committing to full production?
Yes. Physical sample approval is a standard step in our process, before any mass production begins.
How long does the full process take, from first contact to delivery?
Most private label projects take 10 to 16 weeks in total, from initial brief to delivery, depending on customization level and volume.
Do you supply hospitality brands as well as retail?
Yes. We work with both retail brands and hospitality projects (restaurants, hotels) that need durable, consistent tableware in volume.
